OVERVIEW OF THE AP SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including data entry, receiving, and verifying invoices.
- The AP Specialist will schedule and issue payments in a timely manner while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain and organize vendor files for easy access and record-keeping.
- The AP Specialist will review and match invoices with purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- The AP Specialist will collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AP SPECIALIST:
- Previous experience in full-cycle accounts payable.
- Experience with Great Plains & Microsoft Dynamics 365 a huge plus!
•Salary $40,000- $50,000 based on experience.
