- Recruiting: screen and interview potential employees
- Manage Employee Relations
- Utilize an HRIS system to track employee records
- Conduct internal audits of employee files
- Administrative support to payroll
Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Coordinator:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related degree
- Two years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting is preferred
- HR Generalist needs the ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong communication and organization skills, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
