Overview of the Human Resources Coordinator Role:

  • Recruiting: screen and interview potential employees
  • Manage Employee Relations
  • Utilize an HRIS system to track employee records
  • Conduct internal audits of employee files
  • Administrative support to payroll

Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Coordinator:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related degree
  • Two years of experience in a Human Resources role
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting is preferred
  • HR Generalist needs the ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong communication and organization skills, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $45,760.00 - $52,000.00 depending on experience
