Responsibilities
- Manage monthly and yearly close processes and produce financial and supplemental reports
- Direct report performance reviews, hiring and training
- Maintain general ledger and records
- Perform monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Work closely with the CFO of the organization
- Create annual budgets and perform variance analysis
- Ensure proper accounting methods and processes are enforced and appropriately followed
- Other duties and ad hoc requests as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5+ year's related experience
- Healthcare experience a plus
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range is $90,000 to $100,00
- Work In Office in Akron, Ohio
