What this Senior Construction Accountant will do:
- Be involved in the day to day general accounting
- Strong emphasis on budgeting and forecasting
- Month end close, journal entries, bank reconciliation
- Exposure to cost accounting and working with real estate projects
- Assist AP as needed
Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Construction Accountant :
- 3-5 years experience in accounting/finance
- Blend of both general accounting skills and financial analysis
- Past exposure to cost accounting is a plus
- Skilled within Excel and Sage
