Controller job functions:
- Construction accounting and reporting
- Project based work, working with subcontractors and project managers
- Month end close, journal entries, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow management
- Invoicing, sales tax reporting, AP/AR
- Month end close, journal entries, bank reconciliation, budgeting and forecasting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Construction experience
- Strong accounting background
- Comfortable working with project managers, dealing with AIA, WIP, etc.
- Skilled within Sage, Procore, strong Excel
- Someone who is comfortable supervising others
