Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day accounting operations while supporting the CFO with high-level financial strategies and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with NetSuite ERP and Concur, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient process management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end close process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Strengthen and maintain internal controls around financial transactions
• Provide support during audits and ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements
• Oversee vendor payables and employee reimbursements (Concur) with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
• Identify and drive improvements across accounting and financial processes
• Manage daily accounting tasks including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform decision-making
• Participate in cash flow management and provide recommendations for optimization
• Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance and reporting

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a hands-on accounting role, ideally with NetSuite ERP
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a lean team environment
• Experience with NetSuite implementation is preferred
