Responsibilities of the AR Specialist:

• Process and send invoices to clients on a monthly basis.
• Collaborate closely with the Accounting team and employees across various departments.
• Contact clients regarding past due invoices and assist with collections.
• Regularly update and maintain the master AR spreadsheet.

Preferred Qualifications of the AR Specialist:

• Prior accounts receivable or billing experience is required.
• Experience working in the accounting field, preferably within financial services.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and formulas.
