Billing Analyst

Our client is located in the Farmington area. They are currently seeking a Billing Analyst to join the accounting and finance team.

Responsibilities of the Billing Analyst:

• The Billing Analyst will process and send bill out to clients on a monthly basis
• Work closely with the Accounting team as well as employees in different departments
• The Billing Analyst is responsible for contacting clients regarding past due invoices
• Update the master billing spreadsheet regularly

Preferred qualifications of the Billing Analyst:

• Prior billing or accounts receivable experience is required
• Strong experience working in the Accounting field, preferably in financial services
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and formulas
