As a Billing Specialist with this healthcare provider, you will ensure the accurate and efficient management of billing processes, supporting smooth operations within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing and Financial Management

  Process patient bills and insurance claims, manage follow-ups for denied claims and maintain accurate records.

  
  

• Administrative Oversight

  Supervise billing-related office operations, manage supplies, and organize billing documentation.

  
  

• Scheduling and Coordination

  Handle scheduling for billing inquiries and meetings, and coordinate with departments to address billing issues.

  
  

• Communication Management

  Serve as the point of contact for billing inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate communication between patients, insurance companies, and staff.

  
  

• Compliance and Quality Assurance

  Ensure billing practices meet healthcare regulations and assist in audits to maintain accuracy.

Location: This is an in-office position in Madison, WI

Salary range: $60,000-$65,000.00
