Key Responsibilities:
- Project Accounting: Manage accounting for construction projects, ensuring accurate tracking of costs and revenues.
- Full Charge Accounting: Oversee all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare journal entries and reconcile the general ledger to maintain accurate financial records.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with service and construction teams to align financial reporting with operational objectives.
Preferred Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:
- Relevant Experience: 4+ years of accounting and finance experience.
- Detail-oriented: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of collaborating effectively in a team setting and working independently.
