• The Controller will have two direct reports and be over two plants.

Overview of the Controller role:

• Oversee all accounting activities and monitor daily cash flow
• Perform month-end closing, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare budgets, budget analysis, and margin analysis
• Prepare consolidated financials, financial statements, and financial strategies
• Oversee and manage all general ledger activity, reporting systems, GAAP/IFRS standards

Preferred Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ year of relevant experience with a proven track record in management
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with a major ERP system.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously and prioritize based on deadlines

The Controller role is fully onsite in Berrien Springs, Michigan.

Salary: $113,800.00 - $148,800.00
