- Oversee month-end close
- Reconcile accounts
- Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and balance sheets
- Assist with audit processes
- Ensure compliance of accounting procedures
- Review expense accounts and process commission reports
Preferred Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Five years of experience in accounting
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple project deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
The Assistant Controller role is fully onsite in New Carlisle, Indiana
Salary: $80,800.00 - $95,800.00
