Overview of the Financial Planning and Analysis role:
- Prepare financial forecasts and budgets, perform KPI tracking and analysis
- Drive process enhancement/improvement in the reporting, forecasting, and budgeting functions
- Work with Treasury on rolling cash flow function
- Prepare month end reporting package of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, and variance analysis
Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Planning and Analysis role:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance
- Minimum three years of financial planning and analysis experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a major plus!
Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00
The Financial Planning & Analysis role is fully onsite in Nappanee, Indiana.
