Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist

• Accurately process payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including deductions, garnishments, and taxes.
• Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to address and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports on a regular basis.
• Provide top-notch customer service to employees, addressing any payroll-related inquiries or issues.

Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing software (ADP experience preferred).
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Salary

$60,000 - $75,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
