Senior Tax Accountant

Overview of the Tax Accountant opportunity:
- Understand and resolve complex partner pass-thru entity (PTE) and SALT tax issues
- Coordinate with external tax accounts to process quarterly and annual tax payments and filings for all entities
- Assist with budgeting for taxes
- Responsible for the preparation and filing of all firm personal property tax returns including the timely payment of taxes when invoiced
- Responsible for monthly and annual use tax filings, along with miscellaneous regional business tax filings
- Complete special projects as needed
Background Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- CPA or CPA tracking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical, problem solving abilities
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, MS & Ultra Tax is a plus
- $90,000 - $110,000
