Salary: $90,000 - $220,000 per year

• Handle all aspects of litigation from initial case assessment through trial, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations, advocating effectively to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and provide clients with sound legal advice.
• Draft and review key legal documents, including contracts, settlement agreements, and legal memoranda, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
• Collaborate with other attorneys to develop case strategies, assess risks, and recommend solutions to complex legal issues.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case progress, explain legal concepts, and address any concerns.
• Successfully manage multiple litigation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and interns, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Needed:

• Licensed to practice law in FL
• 4+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on construction and real estate law preferred
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
