Salary: $90,000 - $200,000 per year

• Handle a variety of litigation matters, focusing on cases involving government, elections, and constitutional law.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide clients with sound legal advice.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and other key legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions, advocating effectively to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with other attorneys to assess risks and develop strategies for complex legal issues.
• Maintain communication with clients to provide updates on case progress and explain legal processes.
• Manage multiple litigation projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Needed:

• Licensed to practice law in FL
• 2+ years of litigation experience, with an interest in state government, elections, and/or constitutional law preferred
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
