Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management and employee relations.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist in payroll processing as needed.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
