Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage payroll processes including processing, reviewing, and ensuring accuracy of payroll data.
• Oversee employee relations, including resolving issues and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with management to recruit, interview, and onboard new hires.
• Implement effective performance management systems and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an HR Manager
• Experience with payroll systems and processes.
• Knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance.
