Human Resources Manager
Location: Avon, CT
Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours (No overtime)
Compensation: Starting at $32/hour
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and payroll processing. In this role, you will supervise the HR team, ensuring a smooth, efficient HR function that aligns with our company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing HR operations, handling payroll duties, and supporting a positive workplace culture.

- Develop and improve existing HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, conflicts, and concerns.
- Manage employee performance reviews, development plans, and succession planning.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including wage adjustments, overtime, and benefits deductions.
- Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollment, renewals, and claims.
Qualifications of the Human Resources Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably 5+ years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance. (Preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
