What you will be doing as the Human Resources Manager:

Coach and manage HR team
Develop best practices within HR
Oversee employees relations and benefits administration
Work closely with department managers and provide direction and coaching to leadership

What experience the Human Resources Manager needs to have:

3+ years of experience leading an HR department within manufacturing, distribution, or similar industry

Salary: $100,000 to $120,000
