Job Overview:
The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial processes, including transaction management, reconciliation, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable. This position offers an opportunity to support month-end and year-end closings while ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:

  • Accurately verify, allocate, and post business transactions to subsidiary accounts and the general ledger.
  • Assist with managing month-end and year-end closings, including accruals and prepaids.
  • Perform accurate general ledger reconciliations.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Handle all aspects of Accounts Receivable and Collections.

Qualifications desired for the Bookkeeper:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
  • GAAP compliance experience is a must.
  • Proficiency in Excel is highly desirable.
  • Positive attitude with a collaborative approach to work.

Location: Clearwater, FL. Full-time, on-site.

Salary:$55,000 - $70,000, depending on experience.
