Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department.
- Manage financial reporting, accounting, and close activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain internal controls, create and update accounting procedures.
- Provide insights and analysis to guide decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Controller or in a senior accounting and reporting role within the manufacturing industry
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required
