Responsibilities of the Payables Specialist:
- Process invoices for Accounts Payable - scanning, data entry, and filing
- Complete 3-way match and code invoices in the General Ledger
- Reconcile accounts at month-end close
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors
Preferred Qualifications and Experience for the Payables Specialist:
- Associate's degree in accounting or finance OR equivalent accounting experience PLUS...
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Prior experience with a major ERP
- Prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
The Payables Specialist role is fully onsite in Elkhart, Indiana.
Salary: $42,680.00 - $53,680.00
