- Prepare and distribute daily sales reports
- Process invoices for accounts payable and prepare weekly check runs
- Prepare daily bank deposits, apply payments, and follow up on overdue customer accounts for accounts receivable
- Prepare bank statement reconciliations
- Assist the CFO with month-end and year-end closings, and additional projects as required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting is required for this role
- Prior accounting experience will be highly valued
- Familiarity with a major ERP system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Deadline- and detail-oriented
The Accounting Assistant role is fully onsite in Elkhart, Indiana.
The annual salary for this role is $37,440.00 - $45,760.00 depending on experience.
