About the Company & Opportunity:

• My client is a well-established real estate firm conveniently located in Midtown, Manhattan near multiple forms of public transportation
• Hybrid schedule, three days remote, two days in office, equipment provided
• Firm is in high growth mode and continuing to grow / promote from within!
• The firm doubled in unit size and planning to close on thousands more by year-end.
• Management truly cares about staff, open door policy, questions and ideas encouraged!
• Equipment provided for remote work

Responsibilities:

• Monthly close preparation including assisting with monthly operating reports to investors and third parties
• CAM reports
• Cash flow analysis
• Assist with audit package preparation
• Manage general ledger activity, trial balance, workpapers, etc.

Experience Preferred:

• Candidates of all skill level encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, and comfortability being front facing a must!
• Strong excel including v-lookups and pivot tables a plus
• Experience with Yardi, MRI or other real estate systems a plus
