AR Accountant Responsibilities:
- New project set up procedures
- Preparation and processing of customer contract and change orders
- Create vendor subcontracts, change orders and master subcontract agreements
- Preparation of monthly invoices to customers utilizing AIA documents
- Working with customer software systems to upload required project documents
- Follow-up on accounts receivable collections
- Participates in weekly project status review meeting
- Collaborates with accounts payable and project managers during construction process
- Coordination of project close out documents
AR Accountant Requirements:
- 3-5 years of A/R experience
- Experience in AIA billing
- Associates or Bachelors preferred
- QuickBooks (Enterprise Contractor) experience
- Must be attentive to detail and have good organizational skills
- Possess good verbal and communication skills with a positive attitude
