Key Responsibilities of the Certified Payroll Specialist:

As a Certified Payroll Specialist, you will:

• Manage Department of Transportation (DOT) payroll, ensuring compliance and accuracy as a Certified Payroll Specialist
• Correct payment discrepancies and ensure employees receive timely and accurate wages in your role as a Certified Payroll Specialist
• Upload payroll data to the DOT system, ensuring proper documentation and reporting, an essential task for the Certified Payroll Specialist
• Maintain accurate records and assist in audit preparations.
• Collaborate with the accounting and HR teams to support ongoing payroll needs in your Certified Payroll Specialist capacity.

Qualifications for the Certified Payroll Specialist Role:
