Key Responsibilities for the Property Accountant:
  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of properties.
  • Review and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee the month-end close process for assigned properties.
  • Assist with annual audits.
  • Communicate effectively with department managers.
  • Support asset management activities.
Qualifications for the Property Accountant:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Associate welcomed
  • 2+ years of general accounting experience.

Salary Range: $63,000 to $73,000 depending on experience
