Accounts Receivable Analyst - (Tarrytown, NY)
Our client, is a leading provider in the healthcare CPG industry and they are seeking an AR Analyst to join our Finance team.
Job Summary
- Detail-oriented team player needed for fast-paced, high-volume environment. Must meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel required, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups. Minimum 3 years' experience in deduction resolutions essential.
Responsibilities:
- Review assigned accounts weekly
- Address past due invoices and open deductions
- Collaborate with various departments on claim resolution
- Maintain accurate records and customer relationships
- Clear offsets and match paybacks to open deductions
- Assist with ad hoc projects and cross-train in other functions
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years' experience in deduction resolutions
- SAP experience desirable
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- SOX compliance knowledge
Work Modality: 100% in-office
Compensation: $32-35/hr
