As a Staff Accountant, you will report directly to the Controller and play a key role in supporting our client's mission while enjoying a lively and collaborative workplace.
Location: Colorado Springs, 100% onsite
What You'll Do as a Staff Accountant:- Manage AP and AR
- Reconcile cash, investment, and brokerage accounts
- Process charitable contributions
- Prepare journal entries
- Record cash transactions
- Ad hoc accounting projects
- Experience
- At least 2 years in accounting or bookkeeping
- Nonprofit Know-How
- Familiarity with banking and nonprofit accounting is a big plus
- Tech Savvy
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
- Education
- An Associate's degree or accounting certification is a bonus for our Staff Accountant candidates!
