Our client, one of the largest financial service firms in the state of Tennessee, is looking to add a Tax Accountant to their team. They are looking for someone with a great attitude and work ethic to add to their friendly team environment.
Profile and Aspects of the Tax Accountant Position:
- CPA preferred
- Progressive tax experience is preferred
- 2-5 years experience with tax services
- Prepare federal and state tax returns for partnerships, C Corporations, trusts, estates and individuals as the Tax Accountant
- Research tax issues and come up with conclusions with technical support
- Prepare financial statements to summarize and forecast the financial status of the company
- Ensure compliance with and prepare reports according to applicable government regulations
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
