Your Role & Responsibilities:
Union Payroll Expertise: Lead the charge on weekly union payroll processing. From running timecard reports to ensuring all reconciliations are completed on time, your role as a Payroll Accountant will be crucial in maintaining our payroll accuracy.
Monthly Union Reporting: Take control of reconciling union liabilities, making necessary adjustments, and submitting reports.
Service Agreement Oversight: Manage the setup and maintenance of service contracts, billing, and revenue schedules. Your expertise as a Payroll Accountant will be key in ensuring seamless transitions and communication with customer service and operations teams.
Monthly Invoicing Mastery: Take charge of distributing monthly service contract invoices, reviewing special customer notes, and processing billings within set periods.
Contract Adjustments & Updates: Manage contract cancellations, updates, and renewals, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected in our accounting systems.
Innovative Process Improvements: Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, assisting with electronic processing transitions, and taking on special projects.
