Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
- Prepare and review accurate financial statements and reports.
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage general ledger entries and maintain financial records.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and internal/external audits.
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000
