  • Duties, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Grow OEM sales and profitability within defined markets. 
  • Identify and build relationships with key influencers in HVAC industry and ensuring that Field Controls products are specified in original equipment 
  • Quantify and drive opportunities with customers
  • Drive projects as product/project owner and through engineering
  • Facilitate conversion to basis of design by providing product documentation and test units, product art and copy , support any training or technical support.
  • Own company strategy by continually assessing market needs and requirements and the monitoring the competitive landscape. 
  • Prioritize OEM customers that offer the highest opportunity to significantly grow ventilation, combustion, and IAQ: 
  • Develop relationships with engineering and procurement 
  • Identify, develop, and implement Action Plans with these targeted accounts 
  • Make joint or independent sales calls on target customers
  • 5+ years progressive sales and leadership experience in HVAC, with successful track record. 
  • Experience calling on influencers and converting specifications with OEM customers. 
  • Experience as a sales manager/director.
  • Competent to strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel spreadsheet management. 
  • Engineering degree preferred.
  • Organized and detailed. 
  • Able to multi-task with multiple interruptions. 
  • Professional manner and presentation in person, phone or by email.
  • A self-starter and team player.
