Salary: $18 - $26 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

We’re looking for a Die Setter to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

Set up and operate punch presses.

Troubleshoot and fix any issues with the machines.

Keep multiple presses running smoothly and maintained.

Inspect setups and ensure quality with guidance from QC.

Meet production targets while maintaining part quality.

Complete machine reports and keep the area clean.

Help train new operators when needed.

What You’ll Need:

1-3 years of experience setting up and operating punch presses.

Experience in a metal stamping facility, with knowledge of progressive dies.

Familiarity with measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Strong attention to detail, a good work ethic, and excellent attendance.
