Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our innovative Engineering team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Site Grading, Land Development, Design, PE, and drainage. Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design and construction of civil engineering projects, including highways, bridges, water and sewage systems, and other infrastructure.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D software to create detailed designs and plans.
- Conduct site grading and land development tasks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and environmental considerations.
- Develop and implement innovative design solutions to complex engineering problems.
- Perform drainage design and analysis to prevent water accumulation and flooding.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and apply this knowledge to your work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure design and land development.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Solid understanding of site grading, land development, and drainage design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming engineering challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and adhering to industry regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
