RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR MANAGER

• Mentor all levels of employee engagement, from senior managers to the labor force.
• Monitor all compliance standards for HR, Safety and Environmental standards.
• Full cycle recruiting.
• Payroll and benefits.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HR MANAGER

• Bachelor's in HR or SHRM certification.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in HR and Safety compliance.
• Willingness to travel to facilities in CA occasionally.
