The Staff Accountant reports to the VP of Finance and is responsible for overseeing activities related to Month-end Close, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and financial reporting of actual performance to the parent company

Overview of the role: Staff Accountant

Handling all new vendor setup tasks
Process all banking reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliation
Working with daily revenue, inventory exception reviews, and postings
Manage all month-end close and producing financial statements
Potential need to work with Sales & Use tax accounts and pulling necessary reports to confirm payments

Preferred Qualifications: Staff Accountant
