Senior Accountant

- The Senior Accountant reports to the Accounting Manager and is a key member of the month end close process

Overview of the Senior Accountant role:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements
- Analyze complex financial reports and records
- Reconcile and review expenses at the end of the month and prepare analysis of variances
- Verify proper general ledger accounting through account analysis and reconciliation
- Coordinate annual audits
- Analyze current procedures to recommend changes and develop and implement accounting procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Knowledgeable with GAAP
- ERP level software experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary: $75,000 - 90,000
