Manufacturing company with a national footprint is looking to add an ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST to their team!

- Directly reports to the CFO and controls the complete AR cycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
- Cash applications: lock box, ACH, credit cards monitoring and posting.
- Research short pays and discrepancies.
- Customer contact on past due payments.
- Work with CFO on the issuance of "credit holds".
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
- 2+ years AR and COLLECTIONS experience in manufacturing
- HS diploma
- Basic Excel skills
