Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our lean HR team in supporting approximately 4,500 employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMLA, ADA, employee relations, and orientation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
FMLA & ADA Administration: Oversee and ensure compliance with FMLA and ADA processes, providing clear communication to employees about their rights.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment and addressing issues proactively.
Orientation & Onboarding: Lead the orientation process for new hires, ensuring they receive a thorough introduction to the company culture.
Team Development: Mentor the HR team, promoting professional growth and collaboration to enhance team stability and performance.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR, focusing on FMLA, ADA, and employee relations.
Team Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and develop team members effectively.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
