Overview of the Office Manager role:
- Accounts payable - credit card payments, cash deposit, data entry
- Bill, monitor, and collect account receivables
- Maintain inventory records and office calendar
- Journal entries to record and classify financial transactions
- Balance and maintain accurate General Ledger, balance sheet, income statement
- Ensure that supplies are requested, approved, and ordered according to policy
- Manage new client set-up, filing, directory systems
Preferred Qualifications for the Office Manager:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar role
- Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are important!
- Strong customer relations abilities and great communication
- Reliable multi-tasker, deadline-oriented
The Office Manager role is fully onsite in Goshen, Indiana.
Salary: $50,450.00 - $60,450.00
