Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Sorts all invoices and divides them by division.
• Brings urgent issues to the attention of the Accounting Manager
• Enters invoices into the system and routes to divisions
• Researches and communicates with vendors regarding statement analysis and missing invoices
• Credit card processing and auditing
• Other accounting projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 2-3 years of Accounts Payable is required
• Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to organize, prioritize and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment with internal deadlines
• Capability to work and analyze projects independently as well as the ability when necessary to collaborate with others in a team environment
• Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

The Accounts Payable Specialist role is fully onsite in North Canton, OH with a salary range of $41,600 - $49,920 depending on experience.
