Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate and individual tax returns.
- Lead compilations for 7 separate stores.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance financial controls within the retail sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of retail financials.
- Monitor and analyze retail accounting data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards in retail accounting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA required.
- Tax and compilations experience strongly preferred.
