Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a growing Tax firm outside of Boston with their search for a Senior Tax Manager. This is a position that is hiring someone with Partner aspirations to join their team. They are a fully integrated firm providing tax and accounting services to a variety of small-mid size privately held clients.
The Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for:
- Reviewing partnership, corporate, individual, trust, estate, and non-profit tax returns
- Plan and coordinate delivery of tax services
- Promote the firm through a variety of business development networking meetings
- Have an entrepreneur mentality with a willingness to learn, grow, and help develop the firm
Qualifications needed:
- 5+ years of related tax experience
- CPA strongly preferred but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient with tax compliance software
- A desire to grow into a partner of the firm
