Our client, a growing publicly traded manufacturing company, is hiring for a Finance Manager. This individual will support the Data Center Specialty Solutions (DCSS) BU of the company.
What You Will Do
- Work with our business, operations and plant stakeholders on new product development capital investments, providing insights and actionable recommendations on how to maximize returns, and secure approval for required capital
- Utilize strong business acumen to identify and implement opportDataunities for process improvement and profit growth across the new product development and capital investment lifecycle
- Support our BU capital lifecycle management process
- Guide stakeholders on correct financial treatment of new product development activities; support monthly close and forecast reporting related to product development, capital investment
- Support other ad hoc analysis as needed

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 8+ years of work experience
What Will Put You Ahead
- Capital investment, commercial strategy, plant costing, other strategic analytical experience or a degree in Finance, Economics or similar
- Highly skilled in data analysis, especially using and interpreting data for decision-making
- Experience working with international stakeholders and manufacturing plants
- Proven track record of transforming business through actionable insights
- Manufacturing and/or cable/connector experience
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Power Point
- Comfortable working with SAP, Business Warehouse, OneStream, and other Enterprise Resource Planning applications
