Our client, a growing publicly traded manufacturing company, is hiring for a Finance Manager. This individual will support the Data Center Specialty Solutions (DCSS) BU of the company.

What You Will Do

  • Work with our business, operations and plant stakeholders on new product development capital investments, providing insights and actionable recommendations on how to maximize returns, and secure approval for required capital
  • Utilize strong business acumen to identify and implement opportDataunities for process improvement and profit growth across the new product development and capital investment lifecycle
  • Support our BU capital lifecycle management process
  • Guide stakeholders on correct financial treatment of new product development activities; support monthly close and forecast reporting related to product development, capital investment
  • Support other ad hoc analysis as needed

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 8+ years of work experience

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Capital investment, commercial strategy, plant costing, other strategic analytical experience or a degree in Finance, Economics or similar
  • Highly skilled in data analysis, especially using and interpreting data for decision-making
  • Experience working with international stakeholders and manufacturing plants
  • Proven track record of transforming business through actionable insights
  • Manufacturing and/or cable/connector experience
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Power Point
  • Comfortable working with SAP, Business Warehouse, OneStream, and other Enterprise Resource Planning applications
