Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Accountant:
- Receive payments, post to the General Ledgers
- Review credit balances and refunds, apply adjustments to billing
- Balance daily batches and reports; prepare income reports and statistics
- Ensure outstanding balances are followed up on in a professional manner
Preferred Qualifications and Experience for the Accounts Receivable Accountant:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum three years of experience in an accounting role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work well under pressure, with a proactive approach to unusual issues
The Accounts Receivable Accountant role is fully onsite in Saint Joseph, Michigan
Salary: $41,500.00 - $51,500.00
