Seeking a Full time Associate for a practice located 50 min west of Chicago Prefer provider with at least 2 years experience 4 day work week, some Fridays 6 month daily guarantee with 32% collections Sign on Bonus Responsibilities: - Perform general dentistry procedures including root canal therapy - Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans - Utilize Eaglesoft or similar systems for patient records management - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient operation of the dental office - Implement CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations - Provide quality care using four-handed dentistry techniques Skills: - Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental software systems - Experience in root canal therapy and general dentistry procedures - Strong patient assessment skills - Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry - Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental clinic environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $180,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday No weekends Supplemental Pay: Daily bonus Signing bonus Ability to Commute: Warrenville, IL (Required) Ability to Relocate: Warrenville, IL: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
