MD Squared Property Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support an executive in managing day-to-day tasks. This role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in real estate and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's office and assisting with various administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:Calendar Management:

Coordinate and manage the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and events.Travel Arrangements:

Book travel, accommodations, and transportation for the executive and other team members as needed.Client Relations:

Assist with client communications, including sending gifts, thank-you notes, and other client-focused tasks.Document Preparation:

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the executive.Inbox Management:

Monitor emails on behalf of the executive, prioritizing and flagging important communications.General Support:

Provide general administrative support, including filing, answering phones, and maintaining office supplies.Special Projects:

Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed, particularly those related to real estate.Qualifications:Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Interest in real estate is a plus.Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off, sick pay, and 12 federal holidaysOpportunity to work closely with a successful executive in the real estate industry.Hybrid schedule 3-5 days a week in office
